Why Do We Need Social Bonds at Work?
There is research to support this idea that the in friendships in the office a helps a company. People who have those are more engaged to the team, they 're more likely to identify as members of the team. They work harder, so they're more productive. Like i said before, sometimes they're litle more stressed, especialy if you got a friend who needs to vent to you and the only option to do it is at work. It turns out, from an pure productivity standpoint, even those those non work conversations, are still passing information.
