i don't think a lot of people think to do deep dips, or increasing your bench strength. When i was in my teen age years, early twenties, i hated inclined bench because it took me forever to get the big wheels on the flat bench. So i waited until i was binching over two 25 on the five pench to eve n go to it inclined bench, where i can at least do the wheel on there. The most, the most chest development, and the biggest and strongest my sever was with barbell bench pressing.
