Fishing scams hit a historic high in Q4 of 2022 with 4.7 million reported attacks, which is a 150% increase since 2019. October 2022 saw more than 100,000 unique email subject lines, the largest number ever recorded. This shows that hackers are more likely than ever to tailor their approach rather than using the same template for every victim.
