Rishab Valleur Was the Main Ringleader of the Maple Syrup Heist
Rishab Valleur was portrayed by the prosecution as being the main ringleader of the heist. He testified that Avique Caron threatened to kill him and his family if he didn't buy the rest of the syrup, saying, I know where you live. The crown also pointed out text messages between them that suggested the relationship was friendly. Rishab's defence was that at first he didn't know that the maple syrup was stolen from the federation.
