I Love Remote, but I Think at the End of the Journey Is an Alternate Paratime
I love remote but i think at the end of that journey, there is an alternate paratime for how we work. And people will be going through there. We're going through learning period now, but i think it is achievable. I don'think ths would have happened ten years ago when the ten was not as good. But if we focus on those outputs, on how do we build that trust and get the output from that collaboration session, we're able to facilitate those outcomes in the remote setting.
