The Metamodern Forum and the Loss of Cognitive and Social Information

Lawrence: I think it's fantastic because two of the big problems we're facing are one interlinking different sub communities and the other one is a tremendous amount of loss of cognitive and social information as we move through time. On that last point that you mentioned of the loss of information I think there's a really important role to be played right now for the humans who are alive to perform that task of archiving. So then on the topic of the Metamodern forum James did a great job in migrating that database over that also means that we're able to migrate any discourse forum over onto the platform which is a great picture to have.
