Make sure that they agree to it as quickly as possible, and you don't let time pass. You have to understand what makes your business owner, or the person you're speaking to,. tick, ok? They're highly aware of competition. And if they can get some sort of advantage over other studios in their area, this will put them in an advantage here. This is going to make them feel like, while i am getting in the game, i'm getting in early before anybody else.
