How to Monitor Your Body for Improvement

The more information you have, the more informed you can be with your decisions. It is literally a life law work for you personally to monitor these things and see how they change as you go through your life. A lot of women in general love complex carbohydrates, which slightly goes against the trend that carbohydrates are evil or something I don't know. If you are a type two diabetic and you are overweight, then yes, you probably should be keeping an eye on how much carbohydrate you eat. But for quite a lot of us, especially if you are an athlete and you are training, then actually carbohydrates are your friend because you need those to provide the energy for the higher intensity type exercise.
