Is There a Difference Between Online and Offline Modes of Education?
The government is trying to equate or informal education, a wich would mean open tans learning and onland courses. The policy framers are strategically projecting as if your doing a degree, or two degrees in the or informal modes of education, either on line or odial, is going to be equal to you doing the same degree from the physical, regular mode. This is precisely what ees to be exposed for its hollowness. As i keep saying, you have to look at what already has been the pattern. And that is precisely the story that is going to continue.
