There's still some formalities that need to get it over the line, but it's looking like it will get passed. It seems like there may be minimal spending cuts or at least a curb, but doubt it. There is something with this debt ceiling deal that does pertain to Bitcoin. The Dame excise tax that Biden was threatening, which would have been a 30% excise tax on electricity for Bitcoin miners or singled out,. And it seems like that is getting scraped from the deal.
