Rent Ready

I was looking into rent ready, and I just had a bunch of difficulties trying to get it set up. You don't have to worry about filling the vacancy and learning how to lease and market a unit. And then I've had inherited tenants before, and I mean, I haven't had a problem. So yeah, I think that's great for your first investment is to already have that piece in place.
