Mental illness is a much more challenging thing to discover than physical illnesses. We don't have this way of checking and then the other thing about mental illnesses is that maybe you have to take into consideration sort of social pressures causes coming from society in a broader sense. So I think the nice simple principle that works for physical medicine doesn't work for mental illness, so I can't say what you should do there because I don't know.
