The Importance of Flight Training in the World of Aviation

The FAA requires a minimum of 40 hours flight time in the U.S. to obtain a pilot license. The average number of hours for persons without a hearing impairment, completing the private pilot certification requirements is approximately 75 hours. At least 20 hours of that time has to be flight training from an authorized instructor. And then 10 hours of solo flight training in a couple of different ways and then three hours across the country.
