Mitch McConnell loves this podcast. He and Joe Rogan have a weekly zoom call to talk about the episodes that just came out. The CIA considered prisoners, especially good subjects as they were willing to give consent in exchange for extra recreation time or commuted sentences. That is literally the opposite of what the word consent means. It's coercion. I hear they're playing this on repeat in Guantanamo Bay.
