The Innovators Dilemma
When it was time to really think seriously about Quercoshe, I dove deep. My whole thing about like how I learn what I do really concentrated spouts into subjects. And so I'll spend two or three months on a certain subject and try to gain a really deep 80, 20 knowledge of it. It's just a sunk cost letting things go, but it's just a good lesson. There's a lot to be said there, but we're talking more Silicon Valley stuff than anything else.
