Do You Know Where Your Attention Is?
An open awareness of where your attention is. This is also called meta-awareness. It's a component of all deliberate action and virtue. As soon as it enters, you label it, and then you clear it again. And wait for the next thought to enter. The third thing that I have people do is anchor their attention in the present moment. Use the sensation of the breath to anchor your attention in thepresent moment. That is how you practice theta locking.
