The Little Conversations Are the Most Impactful

All age banding now goes away on tour for a couple of days so that's kind of my time to get more of the work done in with them. Every party in this building is a psychologist even gab you know d what language they use at dinner with where we're trying to bulk up a player or whatever. So everybody's a psychologist here so i think for me it's each the little nuggets then of just trying to pick things out or see things drop a little bit secure us in because the staff are so curious and far we're thinking it then starts their own thinking which i'm not having to do as much these days.
