Only 24% of our elected officials are women. We're still sort of bottom line sexist when it comes to leadership positions. Show me a 6'2 guy that has 110 IQ and good hair. Hello, Senator. show me a 5'2 woman who's 140 IQ and brilliant. The depth of voice and height still kind of people conflate with leadership qualities.
