Why You Shouldn't Put Off the Pleasure of the Moment
Inflation punishes savers and rewards spenders, says the economist. We want to encourage people to put off pleasure in order to have a greater reward down the road by building up a surplus through my labor. But inflation m discourages that; it punishes delayed gratification. And as a result, we get more spending, less saving.
