How Does a Hotrate Work?
The best athletes are able to take that matabalize out of themselves, not so much for fuel but like lax ourselves. The lowest intensity zone is what we call moderate exercise. It lies below what we would measure as what we call the lacta threshold number one. Lactate levels in our blood go up when we do heavy exercise. Care you don't over-exercise because it takes away from your oxygen supply.
