The Delusion of a Grand Piano

Alexander was still living at home when her father abdicated. She believed she had swallowed a grand piano made of glass as a child. As an adult, she became to believe that the piano was still inside of her. The family was really hit hard by this scandal and abdication. Alexander's health and mental illness were already a little bit frail.
