We don't know whether a revolt is going to be a revolution until it's well underway. In France, as I mentioned, the revolt at the Bastille wasn't just another peasant revolt. Vladimir Putin gave some sign that he's not going to back the government in Belarus. That would leave Lukashenko on his own.
