Hospital Food - Eight Recommendations
Hospital report has eight recommendations to improve food in hospitals. One of them is that there should be a body to drive it forward. But what i fear, because i've seen it happen with the schoolfood trust, is government will change and priorities will change. The money will be shifted to something else, and it'll die a death. So i'ma little bit nervous. I think for the first time, we've got a government that actually understands the importance of food. And so i'm really hopeful.
