Scottish Independence Clause - What's Going to Happen Next?

I think the ball is almost certainly in the Scottish Government's court right now, they can either say we're prepared to amend this legislation further or Downing Street said it would like them to do that. So far that is a threat in order to get the UK government to kind of get around the table and reach a happy conclusion on this. How much of it is actually a firm commitment to take legal action and pursuing a constitutional standoff which might conveniently also boost the Independence Clause, I think we'll find out in the weeks to come.
