The Importance of Longevity in a Business

I met Tim Cook at the Berkshire meeting, which was a highlight, just very special. And I'm completely confident in the management team that we have. The only stipulation I've got is that it has to be one of the operating partners. It has to be a charter accountant from the rest system. Can't reach them random executive. No, I've no aspiration for my kids to be in exact roles in our group. But I don't have any sort of empire building aspirations.
