The Importance of Diversification in Syndication
Chris: It's easier to hit your targeted returns with class C properties than it is with class A or B. The other side to it and part of why we like to focus towards those class C properties, we like to have impact not only on our investors, but we like to has impact on the community. We generally don't talk about it in this way for people, but right now with the change in the shift in the markets, it's really important to diversify.
