How to Cancel Your Customer's Account
In SAS, do this every 45 days between two and 10 months of a customer being basically a customer. Once they're over a year, you probably don't need to worry about it because they're locked in. But that two to 10 month range is super, super powerful. You have 18 to 30 seconds to learn from that particular customer. And we recommend asking two questions. Why are you canceling? That one's pretty obvious. The non-obvious question, what did you like about the product? This is a really, really powerful question. It's pausing for pictures. I feel like a, I don't know.
