The first step in the book for how to, you know, set and hold boundaries is identify the need for a boundary. But even before that, you have to build in moments, regular check ins with yourself throughout the course of your day to ask yourself, how do I feel and what do I need? And all too often, we don't do that. We again have been conditioned to wait for someone else to tell us how to show up or when to show up.
