The Importance of Colusion in the State Trick Model

In the state trick model, especially when it comes to collusion, you're thinking more about crony capitalism and state capitalism. I find that at least personally, in many cases, just because something is done in name by private corporation, some self-proclaimed free market proponents will celebrate. But do you think it's dangerous to think too much along the lines of purely private versus purely government? We have very, very powerful corporations that really depend upon the existence of this subsidy.
