Transcat's Transition to a Service-Based Business

Transcat was going to make it transition into a more service-based company. The business has not changed and certainly not until the last few years. There's tons of examples of stocks where that happened I don't see It's really underperformed in terms of how quick that transition is versus what I expected And yet the stock has done better than I would have expected So business not as good as I expected bit stock better.
