Is the Linguistic System Existing or Not?
The idea of a sub cortical group of nuclei that do have a lot of madular interactions still has some validity. One of my current interest is in visual prostetics, which i mentioned before. Most blindness is because of disease in the retina. And if we could find way to stimulate them electrically or optogenetically, or magnetically, or ultra sonically, there are a lot of people who have gone blind from maco degeneration or retinite stigmatosa,. Who could have some useful i and so i hope vision and neuro science community can continue working on it.
