How to Remove Tech Debt and Tech Drag in Your Organization

Best intentions when software is being built, it really can become this invisible drag on the business. And what organizations need to be thinking about doing is how do we remove that invisibility and shine the light on it? I heard you speak a bit and allude to metrics. Is that is that the way to really, you know, bring this problem to light and have everyone have a little bit more awareness of what potential tech debt or tech drag exist in their organizations? Yeah, I think it's one of the important parts of it. It's obviously it's not the only answer. The most critical thing I believe is creating visibility.
