If you can manage and understand your regressions there's no reason why you can't start super super early. The second that you can tolerate holding again say a long lever bridge and you can tolerate doing some ankle taps which again most people can do also the surgery techniques changed as well so we can get into that stuff super early. It's just progressing things up and down the slide or a little bit more unbiased of the high force short time duration things rather than just trying to get super forceful and do it in long slow durations.
