The Importance of Universal Explainer Ships

Deutsche says there's a jump from animal intelligence to universal explainer ship. And then you've got a giant leap takes place just like with the Turing machine, where you cannot conceive of something beyond universal that the class of what can be understood can't grow larger after that. Now again, he's not making a dogmatic claim like at all. He's simply putting it out there. This is the explanation for why you have a giant leap of intelligence and you don't need to explain that. But I don't know it's a delicious idea on this makes makes it seems to make a lot of sense on a basic level of common sense to me.
