The Challenge With 5050 Business Partnerships
I'm always fascinated with people who do 5050 but I think it can only work if one person is willing to bow out and sell their shares. There are a few solutions in that case right so when there's one partner who wants to quit they can either sell their share to the other partner or you sell the company to a third party. We paid him like 500 bucks per hour for he helped us get a better idea of a realistic market price and then my business partners said alright well if the business is worth that much I don't have to cash.
