Nicholas rossey, also known as aliverdian, was a child's welfare advocate on rhode island. He became violent and abusive to his ex-girlfriend after she broke up with him for borrowing money that he never paid back. Rosse invited the woman over to his apartment where he sexually assaulted her. The judge threw out an assault charge against nicholas roSsey because there was no merit in it.
