Methological Falsificationism and Dogmatic Falsifying Ism - What's the Difference?
Sophisticated methodological falsificationism is a new way of thinking about science. It rejects the two-cornered fight between theory and experiment, instead looking at experimental techniques in light of which we interpret facts. But it doesn't solve all problems with scientific method such as how to find out if theories are true or false. The idea that 'science versus suicide' can be decided on by scientists has been called "scientist suicide" for its lack of rationality.
