Product Management in a Home Depot?

When i was at hom depot, the centre of mass for product management was really in our commerce organization. We tried to decentralize the teams in a way where we tried to have a product manager and engineers centered around four customers. And so that actually felt pretty, pretty cutting edge for a big company to really change the way they were organized in a fundamental way - all the way up to ocot of the v p level. I think it chows their commitment to digital as a company, and unwilling to and make the necessary changes with any business twists and turns.
