In lessa galtarian societies, the effect of genetic variance on outcomes becomes more limited because we're reducing opportunities for people. You talk specifically about how when there were fewer educational opportunities for women in western countries, it mattered less that you had the genetic variance to complete school. I think many of the adgetor and much of the fervor around linking our biology to certain development would be out of place if those skills were more equally valued economically or socially.
