It's in the same family as cuman got it. The seeds, they look like little, tiny rocks. And you'll find them either as the seed or as the oil extract. You do want it with everything. But i always warn people, this tastes terrible. M so it may be, throw it into something if you are no to it. It's non negotiable among my clients. I will sometimes do a couple drops in a lote,. cause i do like a slick of smoke to my lote. Or just throw or take there. If you can't handle the oil, there are capsules you can take. Some people do get a little nauseous with it
