"I think we sell ourselves short oft the good work that we do in life by not appreciating it, because thinking it has to be grand for it to matter," he says. "It doesn't make any difference how that scene, if it's on a big scale, in a small scale, whether it's noticed or not noticed." He goes on to talk about his own struggles with self-doubt and ego.

Adyashanti is an American born spiritual teacher devoted to serving the awakening of all beings. His teachings are an open invitation to stop, inquire and recognize what is true and liberating at the core of all existence. That you can’t make yourself awaken but what you do DOES have an impact – it’s just indirect
The yearning itself comes from the very thing we’re yearning for (in terms of awakening)
