How Do You Storyboard a Scene?

I come in with a plan I storyboard the whole thing especially sequences like that I'll come up in my head with because I'll know the set. The blocking tends to make sense to the actors and and we make it play but there's always some element you have to adjust for. Are you shooting with multiple cameras or how are you using them? How do you get close-ups of all these actors when you've got so many people on screen at one time just getting your coverage is important.
