There's a much better chance of success if one chooses rather to be radical and risky in terms that are transparent and open and direct. The pay offs, i think, are just lower. It's going to last a much shorter amount of time. You're going to burn out unless you're willing to go balls to the wall like someone like ourto. But even then, you still might burn out before you're able to achieve that cultural escape velocity.
