In a corporate setting, we need to work towards obviously mitigating hits or service failures in our various business models. But if that does occur, there's actually an opportunity to make that pit a peak. So you know, I had an experience recently when I was trying to return something at a big box store, their system was down. And instead of saying oh, come back later and see if it will work, the employee made a point of letting me know it was all ready to go. In the end, I didn't go back to the store, but it was a negative moment where I just wanted to simply return something, but they made it a positive one by kind of going above
