The Complexity of Systems Thinking

I think one of the really important ways that systems approaches differ from conventional approaches is precisely because they embrace the complexity that exists. And it's quite fascinating because, you know, I guess another example that I've seen quite often is log frames. They have the inputs and they sort of assume if you have these inputs, then you will achieve these sort of outcomes. But yes, especially when you're talking about public funding, it is a will equal be at some point is the agenda that you're trying to get to. We used to play around with cogs in a wheel, and there's lots of ways to embed assumptions that unpack that linearity.
