Equity Ratios

With the rates rising, the mortgage rates going up, does that effect reats a lot? Or do they already own those properties and so ther they 're just still collecting the the rent payments. And hay, maybe more people will start to rent versus own. Sodof depends. It's really the equity ratshat tend to do well or perform well in an inflation environment because that's the physical property itself. But if you'd put that into stocks and they've fallen twice as fast, then, you know, you'd probably still be much better saying off in cas, ting in cash.
