Do You Think Leaders Are Not Holding the Mirror Up?

You know it can be quite challenging to have those conversations and get them looking at this from a systemic level do you think that's an element of some leaders not wanting to hold the mirror up. Even even when you give them data like how much they're losing in terms of resource through people coming to work in body but not in mind psychopressantism for example which is hugely costly in in lost resources. You've got these leaders who think they're brilliant because the profit margin last year is this and i say well it could have been that because you've got a better organization and they simply don't understand that yeah.
