A Novel of the Same Name - Enrico Ferme
In the book, there's quite a lot of wonderful characters you introduce. One that stands out immediately because it's so his name's so recognizable is enrico ferme. She said many times that she learned to think like a physicist am in taking his classes. And he would have parties at his house, where he and his wife would host folks from physicsn ther departments. He really was an extremely influential person in her life.
