I find it very hard to believe that there was a complete map representation of a language in somebody's brain. It just seems too wild and I don't want to say good to be true because nobody wants a stroke, but it just seems outrageously implausible. There is something actually called a foreign accent syndrome that people are going to have after a stroke. And this goes back to what we were talking about earlier about these areas that are really important for speech control of the vocal tract.
