Six Lessons for Leaders

In your new book, "Complex Complexity," you explain how we can use our understanding of complexity to become better individual leaders. The key take away from the book is that in these complex systems, we aren't in control and that control is something where we're often striving for. We cant be ambitious in our plans, but we should be humble about what we expect the effects to be,. A one of the other principles is acting complicated results, even from simple changes to a complex system.
